NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Lismore Turf Club will be held as follows:

  • Date: Tuesday, 3 February
  • Time: 5:30pm
  • Venue: Members Area, Lismore Turf Club

Business of the Meeting

The business to be conducted at the AGM will include:

  1. Election of the Board of Directors
  2. Presentation of the 2023–2024 Financial Statements
  3. Presentation of the 2024–2025 Financial Statements
  4. Amendment of the Constitution to bring it into line with the current model constitutions provided by Racing NSW

BOARD NOMINATIONS

Nominations for election to the Board of Directors must be submitted in writing and received no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the AGM.

Nominations are to be sent to:

CHANGE OF AUDITOR NOTICE – 30/10/24

  1. Outgoing Auditor – WCA Audit and Assurance Services Pty Ltd.
  2. HLB Mann Judd Assurance GCNC Pty Ltd.
  3. Auditor change in order to support the LTC 100 Club members HLB Mann.
